Lead Consultant/Project Manager Appointment

We are pleased to announce a recent invitation to tender by a private foreign investor in relation to the role as Lead Consultant and Project Manager in connection with the refurbishment of 8,000 sq ft of run-down commercial space in a period property to form a single private residence. The overall scheme value is budgeted at some £3.2M and includes preparing and managing further submissions for Planning and Listed Building Consent, in addition to acting as Lead Consultant managing a team of specialist advisors, including planning consultants, interior designers, structural, mechanical, electrical and environmental engineers.
