A property management Client of ours instructed us to undertake prepare Schedules of Dilapidations on four office suites. The office suites were located in Kensington West London.
The Leases were all reviewed and inspections undertaken of each of the separate demises. The inspections included taking dimensions, details and photos of the demise. These defects were then included in the claim along with their costs which formed the dilapidations claim against the respective former tenants.
The Schedules of Dilapidations were completed and issued to the Client for formal service on the outgoing tenants.
