We were instructed to prepare a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations on a retail unit on a small parade in Tadworth. The tenant served a break option to end their Lease early. We reviewed the Lease, undertook a survey and prepared a Schedule of Dilapidations which formed the Landlords claim against the tenant.
