Tim Greenwood and Associates have instructions to prepare a Schedule of Dilapidations on a retail unit in Epsom Downs. The 15 year Lease is due to expire early 2022. The Landlord instructed us to review the Lease, inspect the demise and prepare a Schedule of Dilapidations. The Schedule of Dilapidations, setting out the Tenant’s Lease obligations, will be served on them. The Tenant can then undertake the works or agree a financial settlement in lieu of completing their obligations.
