Right to manage company – Contract Administrator

Tim Greenwood & Associates have been appointed by a Right to Manage Company to act as contract administrators in relation to the internal repair and redecoration works required to the common parts of a 19^th century purpose built residential block in Chelsea.  The works include renewal of lighting and power supplies to common areas as well as submains to individual apartments, structural repair around steelworks supporting lift hoisting equipment, upgrade to flat entrance doors to satisfy fire regulation, as well as general repair, decoration works and other related works.  TGA are also advising in relation to long term maintenance planning.  Unfortunately, the building has been neglected for a number of decades, and, as such there is a back log of maintenance in relation to external masonry, flat roofs, pitched roofs slopes and the like.
