Tim Greenwood has recently celebrated his 25th anniversary as the retained surveyor for Albert Court, a prestigious residential block immediately adjacent to the Royal Albert Hall. Over the 25 year period TGA have acted as the retained surveyor in relation to internal and external repair and refurbishment works, the renewal of lifts, boiler plant, electrical installations, management and oversight of licence applications, many listed building and planning applications, development of 6 no. penthouses, and £15m fire reinstatement following damages between ground and sixth floor to 15 no. flats as a result of a major fire and water damages in 2007.
TGA continue to act as client advisor in relation to residential and leisure development to the basement of Albert Court, adding approximately a £50m value to the building.
In addition to ongoing licence matters, TGA are also presently working on an external repair and redecoration works to the external façade of Albert Court.
