TGA have been appointed as the retained surveyors in relation to The Colonnades, Porchester Square, London. TGA’s appointment follows a period during which they advised in relation to ongoing works by previous surveyors, leading to TGA’s appointment in relation to the preparation of long term maintenance plans in relation to all blocks comprising The Colonnades, acting as contract administrator in relation to the lift renewals, and advising in relation to planning matters linked to neighbouring commercial activity, as well as rising damp and other defects and licence works across the estate. TGA have developed a close working relationship with the resident’s management committee over recent years.
