TGA are pleased to have acted as retained surveyors for the freehold company of 59 Cadogan Square for 10 years, during which time they have overseen internal and external redecoration programmes, numerous licence applications, renewal of lift installations, and the redevelopment of a two storey duplex penthouse over a period of 3 years including the valuation and negotiation related to the acquisition of roof top accommodation to be integrated into the penthouse structures.
TGA are presently advising in relation to ongoing licence matters as well as the extension of the existing lift shaft to provide lift services to 2 no. 6th floor penthouses as well as the internal refurbishment of common parts areas.
