Our Client instructed us to undertake a building survey and provide a building survey report. Our Client wanted advice on the condition of the building and their future liability.
The site inspection was undertaken with the Landlord’s contractor on site. This provided the opportunity to discuss the works with the contractor. We were able to advise our Client on the nature of the specification and the quality of the works. Our advice highlighted potential issues and points of concern that the Client should be aware of.
