Lead Consultant/Contract Administrator Appointment -

We are pleased to announce our appointment by 13-14 Gloucester Square Ltd as Lead Consultant and Contract Administrators in relation to the construction of a new penthouse to this nineteenth century period property, together with other external improvements in respect to the existing fabric and structure of the property, including repair and redecoration of stucco finishes to front and rear elevations, reconfiguration of fire escape staircase and other external works. Our role will include acting as Project Team Leader, managing and coordinating structural, mechanical, electrical and lift engineers, in addition to acting as Party Wall Surveyors, preparing and managing planning applications to the Local Authority, as well as Building Control submissions. Thereafter we will be singularly responsible for preparation of detailed specifications, tendering and contract administration of all works on site whilst the building continues to be occupied by lessees on a site almost fully hemmed in by adjoining properties to either side and to the rear.
