We were instructed to survey a medical centre and prepare a report on the current defects. This was to set out current building defects both internally and externally.
The Landlord was responsible for external defects and the Tenant liable for internal repairs. This report set out the defects, provided budget costs for repairs and apportioned them to the parties liable for them. The report and costs were for use in the negotiations between the Landlord and Tenant.
We received instructions and undertook the inspection within a few days to accommodate the Clients very tight timescales.
