Tim Greenwoods and Associates received instructions to inspect and report on the condition of a property following a water leak. Contractors accidentally caused a leak during a refurbishment project. This caused the kitchen ceiling to the flat below to collapse whilst flooding the kitchen. We will inspect and report on the leak and drying required before repairs are completed.
