Tim Greenwood and Associates are delighted to have assisted in organising another successful litter pick in Reigate on behalf of the Reigate Business Guild.
The Reigate Business Guild were pleased to have undertaken the event in conjunction with other local groups. The Reigate Action Group, RSPCA and members of the Park Lane Residents Association all joined forces for this event. The aim was to tackle the rubbish that had been an increasing problem since the lockdown restrictions were lifted. The event saw the groups co-coordinating resources to target and litter pick in different areas of the town and park. The event was also supported by Reigate and Banstead Borough Council who co-ordinate the removal of the rubbish collected.
The Reigate Business Guild were pleased to have joined forces with other local groups. The Guild were grateful to all the volunteers who helped and the fantastic support and encouragement received from the public. We are pleased that, with favourable weather and a good turnout, a good quantity of rubbish was collected and removed from Reigate.
We plan to arrange further events with the next one proposed for Spring 2021.
