Tim Greenwood & Associates have instructions on a residential development in the heart of Bloomsbury, London. We are working with Gleniel Limited on their contemporary building. The site comprises of a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments along with 5 no. Duplex homes.
The contemporary development is located, and concealed, behind a Listed terrace of original Georgian buildings. The site was formerly a 1920’s light industrial building on a constricted site. This unique development is a Listed Building and in a Conservation Area. The site won a RIBA design award for its innovative urban design when built.
Tim Greenwood and Associates are to provide a number of services and a range of professional advice. Initially we are looking to prepare a Reinstatement Cost Assessment providing advice on the reconstruction cost of the development for insurance purposes. We are also preparing a Planned Maintenance Plan scheduling the repairs and maintenance works anticipated over the next ten years. The Plan will include budget costs for funding purposes. Finally our Client is looking for Tim Greenwood and Associates to undertake a Contract Administration/Project Management role to deal with the works required.
