Tim Greenwood & Associates are delighted to have been appointed as Board Advisors by Firs Penthouses Ltd in respect to the development of 4 no. new contemporary duplex penthouses totalling 4500 sq ft to this prestigious block sited in the centre of Radlett Village, in addition to future refurbishment and improvements to the block, including a new atrium and entrance ways to common parts, internal common parts’ refurbishment including new lighting, flat entrance doors and redecoration, enlargement and refurbishment of passenger lift shafts and cars and other external improvements to the block. Our employment is recognition of one of our core strengths in managing large, complex, major works on existing, occupied residential blocks whilst avoiding wide-spread disruption, inconvenience and nuisance to occupying leaseholders whilst construction works are ongoing.
