Chartered Building Surveyor

Following the successful growth of our business, we are now seeking to employ an additional Building Surveyor.

The role is a permanent position, requiring a Chartered Building Surveyor with a minimum 2 years’ post-qualified experience.  The role offers an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated professional to develop their career within our ambitious organisation.

Ideally you should be MRICS qualified and have experience in project management and contract administration.  You role will initially involve dealing with building maintenance and refurbishment projects but other opportunities may arise to develop skills in a wider range of building surveying instructions.  We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within our small and friendly team.

Senior Chartered Building Surveyor

The rapid expansion of our business has created an opportunity of a permanent position for a Senior Building Surveyor to become part of an exciting developing business.

Whilst we offer a wide range of building surveying services, a significant element of our business is working for exclusive residential mansion blocks in London.  Our work in this area has seen phenomenal growth and the role will predominantly be to assist in the management of the instructions in these blocks, developing the success of the team.  As the business develops there may be opportunities for you to become involved in other building surveying instructions.

The successful candidate should be MRICS with 10 years’ post qualified experience and have extensive experience in property refurbishment and maintenance with a good knowledge of building pathology and ideally experience working on listed buildings.   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential and, as part of a team, you should be able to work closely with colleagues and external consultants to deliver a high quality service to our clients.  As a member of our small but fast-growing company you should be self-motivated with the ability to develop the business further.  Commercial awareness is also required to help build on the current success achieved.
